By comparing the vehicle trajectory with field boundaries, CleverFarm Telematics automatically detects when work starts and ends on a field, and, using the implement, automatically identifies the type of operation being performed on the field. Each transition, field activity, or driver record is merged into a single, clear record in the system. If you need more detail, you can also view individual trips separately.
In the record detail, you can see the specific type of operation performed, such as: transport, handling and distribution of feed; sowing; loading grain, fertilizers, seeds, manure, hay, and straw; soil remediation; mulching; and other activities.
Records can be easily filtered by driver, type of operation, or time period, which simplifies not only work tracking but also performance evaluation and billing. This ensures you always know who did what work in the field, when, and how. The records are then automatically transferred into farm recordkeeping, eliminating the need for manual entry.
In the “Workers” tab, aggregated trips are displayed, summarizing all activities of a given driver on a single field. In the “Records” tab, you can then find detailed information about when and where the driver worked, what activities were performed, and how much time was spent on the field.
